Stuffed Melon Breakfast
This is a great and quick little breakfast that I have grown to love whether camping or at home. This recipe can very with its ingredients. Adding wild berries can be an added treat, just be sure you can positively identify tall wild ingredients before you eat it.
Half a Melon (cantaloupe, honeydew, etc.)
1 single serving Yogurt (I prefer Greek Yogurt). In any flavor, Vanilla and Blueberry are good.
Small handful of granola (Emerald Nuts Breakfast on the Go, is great) Small handful of Fresh Fruit (banana, blueberries, raspberries etc.)
Dried Fruit and Nuts are optional
First carefully cut the melon in half and take out the seeds and pulp with a spoon. Scoop your single serving container of Greek Yogurt into the melon half opening. Follow that with your Fruit, Granola and Nuts. DONE. Just use a spoon to eat it and your good to go!
